How do I access the content?

Once you purchase The Balanced Blueprint, you will receive an email with a link to add the private feed to your favorite audio player (Spotify, Apple, etc).

 

The first episode will be available on day 1. The following day, episode 2 will instantly populate in your player, day 3, day 4, and so on over the course of four weeks. Once an episode populates as you progress through the framework, you have access to it for life. 

How do I schedule my private strategy call with you?

Once you enroll in the Blueprint, you will receive a link to my calendar to book your time. We can meet at the beginning of your journey, in the middle, or once you finish the framework. The purpose of this strategy call is to bridge any gaps and help you fully integrate the framework into your lifestyle. 

Can I go back to past episodes once I've already listened?

Yes! Once the episodes have been downloaded to your player and the 4-weeks conclude, you will have access to them for life, so you can go back and re-listen at any time. 

 

If you want to repeat the first week before moving onto the second, the second week episodes will still populate, but this content is meant to be self-paced. 

Are there any additional resources provided?

Along with 4 weeks of podcast episodes, you will also have access to playlists, meditations, and journal prompts that will help you apply this framework and its concepts in your own life.
